Can i chooses my own Itinerary?

Every Gentoo experience can be fully tailored to your preferences, from timing and destinations to onboard dining and activities.

How many guests can we bring?

Gentoo is licensed to carry up to 12 guests for private charters, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled subject to availability. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or may be credited for a future date.

Can we bring our own food or alcohol?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages aboard. Gentoo is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, serving ware, filtered water, and an ice machine for your convenience. Please note, no red wine is allowed on board.

What if the weather is bad?

Your safety and comfort are our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a full credit toward a future charter.

Can I play my own music?

Yes! Gentoo features a four-zone Bluetooth sound system, allowing you to easily connect your device and enjoy your favorite playlist throughout the yacht.

Are Children allowed?

Yes — children are welcome aboard. We ask that an adult supervise them at all times for safety. Please let us know if you’ll have children onboard so we can prepare appropriate life vests.

Can I bring my own decorations

Of course. Light decorations for birthdays, engagements, or special occasions are welcome. We simply ask that all décor is approved in advance and does not damage the yacht’s surfaces or fixtures. Our crew is happy to assist with setup to ensure everything looks perfect.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the charter rate. Industry standard for excellent service is typically 18–20% of the charter fee, at your discretion.

What should we bring?

You should bring your own towel for sunbathing or swimming if you are on a 6 or 8 hour cruise, Sunscreen (lotion only as spray can make decks slippery), Drinks and additional food if required.

Is there Internet?

Yes — Gentoo is equipped with Starlink WiFi, perfect for staying connected, sharing photos, or streaming while onboard.
